Step for background:

1.       Open new file with width 1366pixel and heigth 768pixel.

2.       Click background layer - effect - Patten Overlay - fibercarbon

3.       New layer - Gradient - pull the gradient from below left side to above right side.

4.       New layer - brushes - brushes_set as a background effect.

5.       New layer - rounded rectangle tool - using effect - drop shadow

- inner glow

- bevel and embross

- opacity  ( 76% )

       6.   Repeat step5, 2 other time for create other shape.
